We’re working with Arts & Business Cymru to offer 10 professional development placements to Welsh and Wales-based cultural freelancers. There are two programmes to choose from:
Skills Bank transfers the specialist expertise of business managers to arts freelancers. A specially matched adviser will assist you in a specific area of your choosing such as finance, strategy, IT etc.
Mentor Bank helps individuals working in the creative sector develop to their full potential by matching them with senior business executives. Focusing on the development needs of the individual, the mentor acts as an invaluable sounding board and confidence-giver.
If selected you will be interviewed by Arts & Business Cymru who will assess your needs and begin the process of matching you with a business professional. Depending on Covid restrictions and your access requirements these may be conducted via zoom or in person.
